Brief Introduction
Sino-hydro Corporation Engineering Bureau 15 Co, Ltd is called Sino-hydro Bureau 15 for short and it is a sole subsidiary of Power Construction Corporation of China LTD.. It has possessed the national special grade qualification for hydraulic and hydroelectric construction, national grade A qualification for such four items: general contracts of engineering constructions as hydraulic and hydroelectric projects, express highway engineering projects, building construction engineering projects and municipal public utilities and infrastructure projects and national grade A qualifications for such four items: professional contracts of express(highway foundations, tunnel projects, sub-grade, lifting equipment installation engineering ) highway foundations, bridge construction projects, tunnel projects and hoisting equipment installation projects as well as the qualifications for foreign contracts of engineering projects and holds the operation rights for economic and technological cooperation. At present, there are over 4300 staff in Sino-hydro Engineering Bureau 15, with a total asset of RMB 4 billion.
Since 1981, Sino-hydro Engineering Bureau 15 Co. Ltd has undertaken to construct the water conservancy projects and hydro-power, express highway engineering, bridge engineering, airport construction, port construction, Housing construction and municipal environmental protection construction and municipal engineering projects in such eight countries as Iraq, Tunis, Mauritius, Guinea, Mali, Laos, Algeria and Cambodia, etc.
For 60 years, Sino-hydro Engineering Bureau 15 has successively participated in some national and local key engineering constructions such as Three Gorges Dam, the South-to-North water Diversion Project, Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Project, etc. Also, it has undertaken a great batch of large- and medium-sized water conservancy project and hydro-power engineering projects, express highway projects, large-span bridges and high-rise building projects, etc. It has constructed 100 many kinds of a dams, hydropower stations and pumping stations, more than 100 kilometers highway tunnel , more than 600 kilometers water supply pipeline, about 500 kilometers highway, more than 50 large and medium-sized bridges and aqueduct, 570000 square meters housing construction in total . It has won 18 items of technical patents, 5 items of national grade industrial methods and 45 items of provincial and ministerial Sci-Tech progress. It has got 19 items of new records of China enterprise in engineering construction and mechanical design, obtained Luban Prize for Construction Project( Chinese top prize of national construction project)seven times and Dayu prize (Chinese top prize in water conservancy science and technology)four times.19 years in a row, its good completion rate of engineering has kept 100%.
As a company that is in the field of “Top 100 Enterprises with Comprehensive Strength in China’s architecture construction”, since 1996, Sino-hydro engineering bureau15 has successively won over 500 items of awards above provincial level in total such as National May 1st Labor Certificate, the national advanced construction enterprise etc.
